The non-profit association L’Hurbart was born in 2009 by the artists and cultural managers of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. This entity is quickly established as the only one in this field in the city and works continuously in educational and community projects.

After the creation of the Contorno Urbano Foundation, L’Hurbart assumes only the community and educational projects of the entity as well as the channeling of the volunteer programs leaving aside cultural projects and micro-urbanism to focus on community projects.
